The jewellery featured on this website is offered as part of my retirement collection. Customers pay the applicable shipping fee shown during checkout.

  • You will not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

All products are subject to availability.

While every effort is made to accurately display my jewellery, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

I reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased by any customer.
  • Correct errors in product descriptions or pricing.
  • Update or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices & Payment

Shipping fees are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) during checkout.

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped throughout Canada.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside my control.

6. Returns & Refunds

I offer a 90-day return policy.

Returned jewellery must:

  • Be unworn and undamaged.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags where applicable.

Personalised items and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless otherwise required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

To request a return:

  1. Contact info@sofiavittoria-jewels.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for return instructions.
  3. Return the item using the address provided.

Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

As the jewellery itself is provided free of charge, refunds apply only to the shipping fee paid.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Where required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, I will provide an appropriate remedy, including:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund of the shipping fee paid.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, product images, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by Sofia Vittoria and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Improper use of jewellery.
