I ship throughout Australia, including all states and territories.
Currently, I do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of high demand, such as holidays or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Costs
The jewellery is entirely free. Only shipping costs are your responsibility. The exact amount is calculated in Australian dollars (AUD) at checkout, based on your delivery address.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery directly via the link provided.
5. Delays or Delivery Issues
I am not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or other circumstances beyond my control

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date, attaching photos if possible. I will review each situation with the utmost care.
