Welcome to Sofia Vittoria. These terms of use govern the use of my website and the ordering of my products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you fully accept the following terms.

This site is operated by Sofia Vittoria. Throughout the site, the terms "I", "me" and "my" refer to Sofia Vittoria.

I offer jewellery and accessories free of charge through my online store. Only shipping costs are charged to the customer.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information
  • You will not use the site for illegal or fraudulent activities

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for legitimate reasons.

All products are subject to availability. I make every effort to describe and present the jewellery as accurately as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual colours.

I reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities that can be ordered per person
  • Modify or discontinue the availability of any product without notice

4. Prices and Payments

The jewellery is entirely free. Only shipping costs are charged, shown in  Australian dollars (AUD) at checkout.

I accept payments via:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Google Pay

5. Shipping

I ship within Australia. Delivery times are indicative and may vary for reasons beyond my control. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have 90 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. Since the jewellery is free, the refund only applies to the shipping fees paid.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

The product must be returned:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags intact

The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the approved return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — images, logos, text, graphics, and designs — is the exclusive property of Sofia Vittoria and is protected by Australian copyright law. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sofia Vittoria cannot be held responsible for:

  • Improper use of the products
  • Allergic reactions related to materials (it is recommended to check the composition of each piece)
  • Indirect damages resulting from the use of the site

The processing of personal data is governed by my privacy policy, in accordance with privacy protection laws applicable in Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

These terms are governed by the laws of State of New South Wales, Australia. In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction shall be the State of New South Wales, Australia
