Return Policy – Sofia Vittoria

My customers' satisfaction is essential to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return according to the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You have 90 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

Jewellery can be returned provided that:

  • It has not been worn or damaged
  • It is in perfect condition
  • All original tags are present
  • It is returned in its original packaging

I do not accept returns of items showing signs of use or damage.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact me by email stating your order number.
  2. Wait for my confirmation with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product to the address I will provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on my part.

5. Refund

Since the jewellery is free, the refund only applies to the shipping fees paid. Once the product is received and verified, I will process the refund within 14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective piece of jewellery or one different from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, attaching photos of the issue. In this case, I will proceed with:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund of the shipping fees

7. Liability

Sofia Vittoria is not responsible for returns lost during shipping. I recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
